UAV-er har blitt et viktig verkt\u00f8y for effektiv oljevernberedskap. Derfor er hel\u00e5rsoperasjoner avgj\u00f8rende for \u00e5 opprettholde beredskapen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ising som en hindring for droneoperasjoner<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ising oppst\u00e5r n\u00e5r vanndr\u00e5per i luften fryser fast p\u00e5 overflaten av et objekt, noe som reduserer den aerodynamiske ytelsen og potensielt kan f\u00f8re til tap av kontroll. I Barentshavet kan ising forekomme i ulike former, blant annet som fryset\u00e5ke, underkj\u00f8lt regn og underkj\u00f8lte vanndr\u00e5per. St\u00f8rre, drivstoffdrevne UAV-er bruker vanligvis anti-isingssystemer som ligner p\u00e5 dem som brukes p\u00e5 fly. Disse systemene omfatter blant annet l\u00f8sninger for gr\u00e5tende vinger, gummist\u00f8vler, avlufting fra turbinmotorer og elektrisk varme. Disse l\u00f8sningene kan imidlertid v\u00e6re komplekse, kraftkrevende og relativt dyre, noe som gj\u00f8r dem upraktiske for mindre, elektriske UAV-er.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tilpasning til isingsforhold<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>For elektriske droner som brukes i dag, er den prim\u00e6re metoden for \u00e5 redusere ising \u00e5 proaktivt unng\u00e5 \u00e5 operere under kjente isingsforhold. Dette inneb\u00e6rer \u00e5 overv\u00e5ke v\u00e6rmeldingene, bruke radar og visuelle observasjoner og holde seg i n\u00e6rheten av fart\u00f8yet for \u00e5 legge til rette for rask retur i tilfelle ising.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Prosedyrer for elektriske droneoperasjoner i Barentshavet<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Basert p\u00e5 praksis fra det tidligere kystvakthelikopteret LYNX er det etablert flere prosedyrer for bruk av elektriske droner i Barentshavet og andre omr\u00e5der med risiko for ising. Disse prosedyrene inkluderer<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00c5 unng\u00e5<\/strong> omr\u00e5der med ikke-lamin\u00e6re temperaturprofiler: Barentshavet har vanligvis en lamin\u00e6r temperaturnedgang med h\u00f8yden. Droner b\u00f8r unng\u00e5 \u00e5 operere i omr\u00e5der der denne lamin\u00e6re profilen forstyrres, da det kan f\u00f8re til lokal ising.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Synkende<\/strong> til lavere h\u00f8yder: Ved ising kan det \u00e5 g\u00e5 ned til lavere h\u00f8yder gi en liten temperatur\u00f8kning, noe som kan bidra til \u00e5 smelte oppsamlet is.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Utnyttelse av<\/strong> havets oppvarmende effekt: Den relativt varme overflatetemperaturen i Barentshavet kan gi en viss beskyttelse mot ising. Ved \u00e5 g\u00e5 ned til h\u00f8yder n\u00e6r overflaten kan denne effekten maksimeres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Stole p\u00e5<\/strong> p\u00e5 observasjoner fra skip og radar: Skipsradar og visuelle observasjoner kan gi tidlig varsel om regn- og sn\u00f8byger, slik at dronepilotene kan reagere deretter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sjekker<\/strong> for is f\u00f8r avgang: F\u00f8r avgang b\u00f8r piloter la dronen sveve p\u00e5 bakken en stund og deretter sjekke propellbladene for isdannelse. Disse utholdenhetsniv\u00e5ene forventes \u00e5 bli ytterligere forbedret i takt med den teknologiske utviklingen. Den typiske marsjfarten for disse dronene er ca. 20 m\/s, noe som gj\u00f8r at de kan tilbakelegge en distanse p\u00e5 litt over 1 km per minutt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Konklusjon<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Til tross for utfordringene med ising i Arktis har elektriske droner, inkludert multirotorer og fastvingede droner med VTOL-funksjoner, vist seg \u00e5 v\u00e6re effektive verkt\u00f8y for hel\u00e5rsoperasjoner i Barentshavet, med hensyn til vind- og sj\u00f8tilstandsrestriksjoner.
